The "Universal Rules Compendium" bundles the base game and expansions of "Obsession" into a clearly structured rulebook. The editing and layout have been professionally revised so you can find setups faster and look up rules more easily – whether you're a newcomer or returning to the game after a long break with "Upstairs, Downstairs" and promo tiles.

Obsession is a game of 16 to 20 turns in which players build a deck of Victorian gentry (British social upper class), renovate their estate by acquiring building tiles from a centralized builders' market, and manipulate an extensive service staff.
